Hae Kyung Lee & Dancers was founded by solo artist Hae Kyung Lee. Her work is self described as contemporary and Post Modern and uses “the human body as expression of movement, [traversing] the extremes of stark minimalism and high voltage energy.

Hae Kyung Lee & Dancers have been invited to perform in festivals such as the Soho Arts Festival in New York, the World Festival of Sacred Music, the Getty Museum, the John Anson Ford Theatre and the ODC Theatre in San Francisco; Invitation to perform International Dance Festivals: Belluard Bollwerk International (BBI) Festival in Fribourg, Switzerland, Universitaet Mainz, Germany, Festspielhaus Hellerau in Germany, the ChangMu International Dance Festival in Korea, the LG Arts International Dance Festival in Seoul, Korea, Tanzwoche International Dance Festival in Dresden, Germany, and Kleines Haus Spaapsschaupiel Dance Festival in Germany.
